Provincial Strategy Multidisciplinary Training Workshop (OPP)

The 2024 Annual Provincial ICE Strategy Multidisciplinary Training Workshop, taking place from November 18th to November 21st, will bring together law-enforcement officials, legal professionals, and academics in Ontario and across Canada to address the issues of internet child exploitation investigation. This event focuses on providing extensive training, professional development, and forming partnerships within the public and private sectors. Participants will have the opportunity to access the latest technological advancements, training resources, and information for effectively investigating and prosecuting child sexual exploitation cases.

Synopsis:
Join us for an interactive session on XAMN Pro, where you’ll learn how to leverage its advanced features for ICE investigations. We’ll begin by showcasing the Hash Matching feature, an early warning tool that alerts lab personnel to the presence of CSAM material on devices. You’ll also experience XAMN Pro’s superior decoding capabilities, seamlessly integrating data from platforms like Detego, GreyKey, Cellebrite, and Berla.

The session will cover how to optimize your investigations by using preset filters, working with Project Vic, and applying hotkeys for efficient categorization, exclusion, and subsetting. We’ll wrap up by demonstrating the flexible export options, including portable cases, PDF exports, and our custom Report Builder—giving investigators full control over how evidence is presented and organized.
