Meet the Technical Training Team

Greg Masterson

Global Training Manager


Greg is the Director of the Technical Sales team and the Technical Training team. Transitioning from an impressive 25-year career in law enforcement, Greg joined MSAB in 2018 as a Tech Sales Engineer in the US. He has extensive experience as a Forensic Examiner, Technology Instructor, Subject Matter Expert, Electronic Surveillance Technician, Intelligence Analyst, and Public Speaker.

Shaun Sutcliffe

Senior Technical Trainer


Shaun has been with MSAB for over 14 years and is the company’s Senior Technical Trainer. Before he joined MSAB, Shaun served 25 years in the UK military, with the last 5 years spent in digital forensics. Prior to that, he worked in Intelligence and as an Intelligence Analyst and Instructor. Shaun has worked with military organizations, intelligence agencies and law enforcement agencies from all over the world both with the military and MSAB

Chris Currier

Technical Trainer


Chris has been with MSAB since 2015, teaching mobile device forensics. Chris is a retired police detective who served as both an investigator and examiner with the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Chris continues to work part time as a police officer examining mobile devices.

Tania Retrato

Training Coordinator


Tania has 20 years of experience in coordination and administration roles across diverse industries in Sweden and the UK, with a degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough University in the UK. Since joining MSAB in September 2023, she has coordinated MSAB courses globally and contributed to implementing key procedures within the training department.

Hatem Tammam

Technical Trainer


Prior to joining MSAB, Hatem worked on a wide range of specialized training projects for law enforcement agencies in the UK and Middle East and acted as a digital forensics consultant for the Ministry of Interior in Qatar. He also taught Master’s degree courses in digital forensics and cybercrime in the UK Ministry of Defense.

Jacques Lobel

Technical Trainer


Jacques has been a technical trainer with MSAB since 2015. He served 27 years with the French Army, the last 12 of which were with SOF. He has been deployed on more than 20 combat and other military missions throughout the world. As a talented multi linguist, he has delivered courses all over the world.

Jerry Diamond

Technical Trainer


Jerry is a technical trainer, based in Florida. He previously spent more than 14 years with the Manatee County (FL) Sheriff’s office as a detective in the Homicide Investigative Unit, and as the agency’s lead digital forensics investigator. He is certified in and teaches mobile device forensics from entry level through advanced acquisition techniques.

Holly Duns

Technical Trainer


Holly is a technical trainer who emigrated from the UK to Australia in 2024 and now oversees training initiatives across the APAC region. She previously worked for over 5 years at the UKs Defence Science and Technology Laboratory, conducting digital forensic research for both law enforcement and defence agencies on emerging technologies. Holly specialised in drone forensics and the innovative application of digital evidence detection dogs.

Chris Denley

Technical Trainer


Chris has over 15 years experience as a former serving police officer for the Metropolitan Police. He transitioned from being an emergency response officer to joining the Counter Terrorism Command in 2014 where he began his journey into Digital Forensics. He was a frontline practitioner with experience in using a large variety of Digital Forensic tools for mobile and computer forensic acquisition and analysis, along with teaching and developing the Digital Forensic curriculum to front line users in the Counter Terrorism Command. Chris successfully completed a nationally recognised qualification to teach and after discovering his passion to educate, he joined MSAB in 2023 as a Technical Trainer and Curriculum Developer.

Florent Chevalier

Technical Trainer


Florent worked for 9 years in a French National Police Digital Forensic Unit, where he specialized in mobile forensics and gained experience with various digital devices. Prior to joining MSAB full-time in 2024, he also served as a MSAB Contract Trainer for over two years.

Laura Quijada

Technical Trainer


Laura joined MSAB in December 2025 as a Technical Trainer and Product Specialist for the LATAM region. She holds a Master’s degree in Digital Forensics from George Mason University. Prior to joining MSAB, she worked as a school teacher while simultaneously completing digital forensics internships with U.S. government agencies and private sector organizations, gaining hands-on experience across both public and commercial environments.
