37th Annual Crimes Against Children Conference – DCAC

The Crimes Against Children Conference -2025 is the largest conference of its kind, providing practical and interactive instruction to those fighting crimes against children and helping children heal. There were more than 5,000 professionals from around the world in attendance in 2024!

The conference is presented annually by the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center. The conference is conducted to provide training to those employed by government or nonprofit agencies in the fields of law enforcement, child protective services, social work, children’s advocacy, therapy, and medicine who work directly with child victims of crime.

About Will Hernandez:
Will Hernandez is a retired Law Enforcement Officer with 33 years of service. Wil has been with MSAB since 2015 as a Product Specialist & Technical Engineer. He has served as a member of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) FC3 unit (Florida Cyber and Computer Crimes Unit) and a member of the Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Wil was also a starting member of the Florida Attorney General’s Office – Child Predator Cyber Crime Union (2006) as well as a starting member of the first Federal Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in the United States (1998.) He is the Vice-President of the Florida Association of Computer Crimes Investigators (FACCI) and has received several awards, including the 2001 FBI – Exceptional Service in the Public Interest Award and the 2001 United States Attorney’s Office Southern District of Florida – Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award.
