By registering your XRY/XAMN/XEC license you ensure that you get information about new software updates, new cables and much more. You can also use this form to move your license from one end-user to another within your organization in order to access software downloads.
We need customers to register their XRY to a delivery address for the receipt of new cables and updates. Very often the address to which the XRY equipment was originally sent is not the end-user location. Sending cables to the wrong location wastes everyone’s time and energy, so all we ask is that you tell us where you want new cables delivered and we will take care of the rest.
Our products are constantly evolving to adapt to new mobile devices and new features, typically we issue four releases of XRY each year and very often those new releases support new devices which require new cables to support them. We want you to get the cables on time and in the right place. Registering your license will allow us to achieve this more efficiently and you only have to do it once.
