How the MSAB Continuity Program works

  1. Switch at our renewal price: Get a standard new MSAB license at a campaign price equal to our annual renewal price.
  2. Start straight away: Sign your order and start using MSAB right away. Your cable kit ships as soon as we receive the signed order.
  3. Never pay twice: Your first invoice comes when your current license period ends, and no later than six months after signing.
  4. Get up to speed fast: Every order includes an online onboarding workshop and XRY certification training.
  5. Try before you buy: You can try the software free for 30 days before you decide.

 

Who qualifies

Organizations with a paid license for a qualifying forensic platform, either active now or paid within the last 24 months. Contact your local sales representative to check that you qualify.

 

FAQ

When do I start paying?

When your current license period ends, and no later than six months after signing. After that, you renew yearly like any MSAB customer.

Do I need to commit now?

Yes. You need a signed order or purchase order when you sign. Only the invoice is deferred.

What if I don’t know my current end date?

Without a stated end date, invoicing starts at signing.

How long does the offer run?

Until 31 March 2027.
