2015 Customer Survey & Competition Winner
MSAB conducted a customer survey in June. The survey answers are extremely useful to help us understand current issues facing digital forensic examiners. We would like to thank all those who took the time to answer.
MSAB Customer Survey Results 2015
– Over 97% of MSAB customers rated our forensic products as either good or excellent
– 92% of customers rated interaction with our company departments as either good or excellent
Just one example of the positive praise we received from customers was:

MSAB are very proud of offering a holistic solution to our users and it’s great to see that our existing customers really appreciate that fact.
As part of the survey we also ran a competition asking customers to tell us what they thought the letters « MSAB » stood for. The winning entry was from one of our customers in Finland.
Senior Detective Constable Juha Sissonen, from the Eastern Finland Police Department won a brand new 64GB iPhone 6. He won it, thanks to his winning entry of MSAB stands for « Modern Smartphones Analyzed Brilliantly »
On receiving his prize he said « Thank you for my new phone and all the hard work you do to stay on the cutting edge of mobile forensics. »
