Tech-Sales/Product specialist – Nordic and Benelux

About the role:

Working from our head office based in Hornstull, Stockholm, we are looking for a new colleague to join our sales organization in the Tech-Sales team. As Technical Sales/ Product Specialist you are responsible for, together with the Area Sales Managers, providing the best possible technical support for MSAB customers. You participate in meetings and events to demonstrate our product capabilities in a very technical way. As a Technical Sales/ Product Specialist you communicate directly with customers, partners, area sales managers and other departments within the MSAB organization.

You will report to our Chief Sales Officer based in Stockholm. The initial regions you will work in are the Nordic and Benelux countries so hence there will be travel within this role.

Some of the tasks for this role are:

  • Pre and Post sales processes
  • Tender bid activities both written replies as well as presentations and demonstration of bids
  • Solving technical issues and provide technical support to sales, partners, and customers
  • Provide workshops, webinars and “training sessions” for new and existing customers
  • Proactively give feedback, market trends and lessons learned to MSAB various functions
  • Interact with other MSAB tech sales in communicate lessons learned and experiences
  • Participate and perform meetings, presentations, and demonstrations at events

Your knowledge and qualifications

  • High technical understanding
  • If possible, proven experience within Digital Forensics
  • Proven experience from having presentations/ webinars/ demonstrations
  • Experience from pre & post sales processes
  • Committed, team-oriented and proactive with a "can do attitude" and positive approach
  • Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
  • Beneficial but not mandatory is understand and speak Dutch
