Area Sales Manager – Latam

MSAB is the global leader in forensic technology for mobile device examination with offices around the world and headquarters in Sweden. The company has been involved with mobile communications since 1984 and now has a singular focus on the forensic recovery of data from mobile devices.

MSAB’s products and solutions are used by Police, Law Enforcement, Military, Government Intelligence Agencies and Forensic Laboratories in over 100 countries worldwide to investigate crime, gather intelligence, investigate fraud and fight corruption.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • With sales lead set the sales targets for the region and achieve these with sales activities
  • Design sales strategies for regional countries by well understanding each market and gathering knowledge from partners and customers.
  • Develop good understanding on market trend, competitor movements and technology development trends in mobile market in this region.
  • Systematically design capture and sales plan to meet sales target. 
  • Proactively book meetings with partners and customers in regional countries for both sales and relationship building purposes.
  • Manage partners by building strong relationship and driving influencing for sales activities.
  • Advise partners and customers and propose appropriate solutions by understanding customer needs and pains.
  • Provide input to improve Marketing Support and Communications material as required.
  • Attend and/or organize conferences, exhibitions and seminars as required.
  • Regular liaison with the Training Manager to assist with training issues and opportunities.
  • Assist with the identification of product improvement requirements.


  • Experience in selling to public sector and authorities, government agencies, police force or intelligence agencies is highly desirable.
  • Technical knowhow to be leader in the Latin American mobile forensic technology and solutions market.
  • At least 5-8 years of sales, ideally in security system / product industry
  • You speak and write at least Portuguese, Spanish and English 
  • Experience in both direct sales and channel sales through partners
  • Independent, self-driven, able to perform well under minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinking with an analytical mind
  • Strong integrity with business ethics

Location: Home based, preferably in São Paulo but can be discussed. Travelling extensively, in Brazil and rest of Latin America is required therefore it is also preferably to have easy access to an international airport for these travels.
