About the role

In this role, you'll craft and execute a dynamic channel sales strategy, targeting key markets and defining partner profiles. Your market insight is essential, and you will stay informed about industry trends, market development and competitive landscape. With this insight you will identify new market segments, new potential partners, and other growth areas. You'll actively scout and onboard new reseller partners who align with our values and audience, ensuring they're equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.

Building strong relationships is key in this role, and you'll cultivate and nurture these with existing partners, offering support and guidance every step of the way. Negotiating mutually beneficial agreements that outline expectations and rewards will be part of your daily routine.

Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll develop marketing and sales programs that fuel partner success. Monitoring partner performance metrics and reporting regularly to our management team will ensure our channel sales program stays on track. Empower our partners to efficiently sell our products and solutions through securing the necessary marketing and sales collateral, and technical assistance. 

Proactive problem-solving is essential, as you'll address partners’ concerns and needs while ensuring their success aligns with our company goals. Travel to MSAB offices and partner locations will be required as part of this dynamic role. 

Who are you?

To thrive in this position, we believe you have around 5 years of channel sales management experience, preferably in the reseller partner space within Europe. Your proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships will be invaluable, as will your deep understanding of sales processes and challenges in the high-tech tools and software industry.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in English required.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively, both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in CRM and relevant software tools.
  • Previous experience in the digital forensics industry and market is preferred, but not essential.
