Junior Sales Coordinator – UK

About the Role:
Junior Sales Coordinator is a core business function to support the continued growth and on-going management & retention of customers across the United Kingdom & Ireland. The role has responsibilities across the following areas:
- Acting as a central “hub” role to support both a field sales team and the overall UK business.
- Co-ordination of the order administration process in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics based) for new products, license renewals, and training bookings.
- Handling of general enquiries, such as training, warranty returns and support.
- To assist with the organization of MSAB UK customer events, and MSAB attendance at industry conferences within Europe.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of our office and training facilities.
- Any other ad-hoc office duties as and when requested conducive to the required role.
This important role is office-based working as a part of our great UK team. We are looking for someone who lives within commutable distance of our central Reading office. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or events & seminars across the UK, with possible overnight stays as necessary.

The individual is expected to be team orientated and can communicate clearly at a number of levels with both internal and external stakeholders – excellent written and verbal communications skills.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads, with high attention to detail.
Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, we believe that you need to have skills in following areas:
- Great in Microsoft Office (strong Outlook, Word, and Excel skills are expected)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal skills)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Great people person with an enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a strong customer focus
- Driving license
Desirable Skills:
It would be a big plus, if you also have experience in:
- CRM system and processes – Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Sales and/or sales coordination, including developing and closing sales
- Event organisation and logistics planning
- Customer service management
- Interest in law enforcement, military or government business support services
