About the role

In the role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MSAB, you will be leading the whole recruitment process, provide a great candidate experience and support hiring managers. You will have ownership for different types of roles like admin, sales, tech sales, finance aso. at MSAB, where you will explore different sources for attracting our next colleague. In this role, you will be able to make an impact regarding our recruitment methods and processes, where you get to operate hands-on with both candidate contact and sourcing.

Being based in our Stockholm office, you will have close collaboration with the team where three others work with HR. You will be trusted with advising and guiding managers in the organization regarding the requested competence as well as complete test feedback for the candidates. The focus will be in the Swedish market, but since we are a global organization, you will be supporting and coordinating processes all over the world. Moreover, you will be working with analyzing data and KPIs for our recruitment processes to be able to improve them.

Who are you?

You have experience in working with recruitment for at least three years, where you have worked with full-cycle recruitment. You are a people person who values structure and is used to advising stakeholders in the organization. Good communication skills in Swedish and English is a requirement.
