UX Designer in Digital Forensics
Would you like to work with products that help the Police and the Law enforcement to obtain and analyze evidence? Our software XAMN is one of the best analysis tools in the industry and can analyze large amounts of data from several phones simultaneously in a way that is intuitive and efficient for investigators. We’re now looking for an UX Designer to our XAMN team who would like to help make our product even better and thereby help Police authorities around the world to find evidence of what has really happened, to be able to free or convict.
About the role:
As an UX Designer at MSAB, you will work to improve the user experience together with a skilled development team. Together with the other UX Designer in the team, you will ensure high usability and consistent design. Your work task is to define user needs and map user flows based on specific needs. In this role, you will sketch ideas for new functions or further development of existing functionality and create a basis for decisions in the form of interactive mockups that are discussed together with other designers, developers, and product owners. You will have continuous communication with developers and testers during the implementation phase, if necessary, and go through and quality assure the end results.

We have our HQ located in Hornstull, Stockholm and we have a remote work policy that allows working 50% from outside the office.
We are looking for a candidate with following qualifications:
- Has worked as an UX Designer for 4 years or more. You have worked with designing products and services and can balance user needs, business goals and technically possible.
- Is used to working agile in close collaboration with developers and product owners.
- Has experience of working with Adobe XD or worked with similar programs.
- Is communicative and can understand our customers' needs and at the same time convey to the team what needs to be done.
- Plan and run your work independently but with an understanding that the strength comes from a close collaboration with the team.
- Has experience in leading workshops, setting up user tests and working with personas.
- Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
