Technical Support DACH

MSAB is looking for a Technical Support in the DACH region to join our sales & support team. The person needs to be passionate about technology and customer service, enjoys a challenge and can think on their feet. Previous experience of digital forensics and working with law enforcement organisations is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

This role will act in partnership with a well-established DACH sales and support team working directly with a customer base Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The role will work to secure new customers, assist with tender bid activities, and provide ongoing support to existing customer installations.

The key tasks of the role are as follows:

– Pre-sales support to DACH Sales Team
– Tender/bid activities (technical requirement understanding and written responses)
– Managing customer-specific configurations and input to development requirements
– Technical demonstration of products/solutions (customer visits, events/seminars)
– Post-sales support to existing customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Requirements

Essential for the role is a professional outlook & demeanour, good communication skills and being comfortable working as part of a team.

Proven problem solving ability is critical to this role, possessing the ability to work with customers to identify their infrastructure and challenges and progressing to conceptualise and define potential solutions. These solutions will need to be communicated internally, defining the requirements for development, services, training, production and support.

The role requires a broad range of technical skills and experience covering:

– ICT hardware installation and maintenance
– ICT software installation, configuration and support
– Windows Operating Systems (7, 8, 10)
– Windows Active Directory and domain network environments
– XML language and scripting

The role also requires strong business and solutions skills including:

– Customer service management
– Good organisational and communications abilities
– Technical project coordination
– Requirements gathering and solutions definition
– High proficiency in technical writing skills

Location Information

The role is based from home and whilst location is not critical, it would ideally suit someone living in the Ulm or Hamburg area.  A variable amount of travel to customer sites across the Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be required on a weekly basis, this may include travel outside of normal contracted hours and overnight stays as necessary. This requires you have driving license. Occasional travel to company headquarters in Sweden.

Inside Sales Representative – East Region, United States

Customer Success is a core company value at MSAB.  As a Inside Sales Representative / Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are achieving their anticipated value from their MSAB products.  You will help to inform customers about new functionalities, best practices, industry developments and otherwise increase the value MSAB delivers to their organization.  Our customers will view you as an advocate and steward of their success.

Job description:
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Lead and oversee the onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementations.
  • Proactive outreach to existing customers during their first year with MSAB to help drive business goals.
  • Document customer activities and track customer stages and goals in CRM.
  • Communicate internally with relevant stakeholders in consulting, support, sales, product and development to escalate customer issues and make your customers’ lives better.
  • Work with sales on renewal quoting and management of the customer renewal process.
  • Tracking and follow-up from lead generation and sales campaigns.
  • Assisting Outside sales reps in generation of new revenue.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who is:

  • A master relationship builder and dynamic communicator with a track record of successfully building rapport with executive client partners.
  • Equally comfortable with creating and evaluating strategic plans as they are with executing on the individual action items and details.
  • A high-achiever who is laser focused on exceeding your customers’ expectations, offers added value specific to their needs, and always looking for creative new ways to solve problems.
  • A collaborator who can quickly identify the correct internal resource required and work closely with them to ensure your customers’ needs are addressed quickly and completely.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years software / hardware sales experience (preferably within the Law Enforcement sector)
  • A bachelor’s degree or significant relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with: CRM systems, Account Management, Client Development, Account Management, License management
  • Adaptability to changing customer needs
  • Ability to learn a technical product / carry a technical conversation

Junior testare inom kriminalteknik

Ditt ansvar blir att kvalitetssäkra den mjukvara inom området Digital kriminalteknik som utvecklarna tar fram. Du kommer att arbeta med manuell testning och i tätt samarbete med Utvecklingsavdelningen.

MSABs affärsidé är att utveckla och marknadsföra system för att utvinna och tolka information från mobila enheter. Produkterna används för att läsa, tolka och analysera information från mobila enheter. En mobil enhet är ofta en mobiltelefon men inkluderar även handdatorer och GPSer. Produkten “XRY” används både för att få fram samtalslistor och meddelanden i misstänkta brottslingars mobiltelefoner och för att kartlägga kontakter mellan misstänkta personer.

Test Automation Developer

MSAB is looking for a Test Automation Developer to join our team of test automation developers, manual testers and technical support staff.

As a Test Automation Developer at MSAB your main focus is to develop and maintain GUI driven automated tests and to improve and develop our test automation framework. You will work closely with the Configuration Management to ensure continuous integration and verification. Test cases will be developed in collaboration with the manual testers. Manual testing may also be part of your work from time to time, which we see as an advantage, as it will increase your product knowledge and make test creation easier.

MSAB is pushing towards continuous integration and continuous delivery, and Test Automation has a key role in this transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Build test automation frameworks that enable MSAB to deliver top quality software.
  • Develop and maintain the existing automation test suite.
  • Follow up on test results and ensure found defects are reported accurately and timely.
  • Devise testing strategies for new products.
  • Actively identify and suggest improvements in the ways of working, and participate in implementing improvements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Test automation.
  • Development experience in C#, PowerShell, PHP, Javascript.
  • Experience in Teamcity or equivalent build management tools.
  • Experience with Specflow and Gherkin.
  • Experience in version control systems, preferably Perforce.
  • Experience of testing in an agile and a continuous deployment environment.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
