Terms for course bookings

Registration is required for all classes and we require a minimum number of students to conduct a class.  Do NOT commit to any travel or related expenses until your registration has been confirmed and you are notified that the class will be held as scheduled. This notice will be provided in due course well before the class scheduled date.

• Payments must be made minimum 30 days before attending the course.
• All cancellations to bookings must be made in writing and made 10 work days before the start of the course. If a cancellation is made within 10 work days of the start of the course, no refund will be made. However, there is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate.
• Micro Systemation reserves the right to cancel reservations from persons not entitled to participate.
• Micro Systemation reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:
• Within 8 weeks of the event    = 25% of full fee
• Within 4 weeks of the event    = 50% of full fee
• Within 2 weeks of the event    = 75% of full fee
• Non Attendance on First Day of Course   = 90% of full fee
