The Customer Portal allows existing customers access to book training courses, purchase items from the webshop, obtain more support information and also download the latest versions of XRY.

If you are an existing customer please Log-in to the customer portal on the above link. The Log-in link is also visible in the top menu of the website should you ever need it.

If you are a new customer and do not have a Log-in or you have lost your username and password details, please contact us at sales@msab.com.

Terms & Conditions for Training Registration

Prior registration is required for all training classes and we do require a minimum number of students to conduct each class.

Please do NOT commit to any travel or related expenses until your registration has been confirmed and you are also notified that the class will be held as scheduled by MSAB. This notice will be provided in due course well before the date of the scheduled course.

Please note that:

a) Payments must be made a minimum of 30 days before attending the course for all participants
b) All cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 working days before the start of the course
c) If a cancellation is made within 10 working days of the start of the course, no refund will be provided. However, there is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate
d) Micro Systemation reserves the right to cancel reservations from any person not entitled to participate
e) Micro Systemation reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability.
In these circumstances, delegates will always be offered an alternative date or a full refund
f) The following cancellation fees will apply and be charged as follows:

 - Cancellation within 8 weeks of the event = 25 % of full fee
 - Cancellation within 4 weeks of the event = 50 % of full fee
 - Cancellation within 2 weeks of the event = 75 % of full fee
