The new Customer Portal allows customers to download the latest version of the XRY Forensic Pack, get more technical support information, purchase items from the webshop and book training courses.
If you are an existing customer and would like to download the latest version of XRY then please login to the customer portal on the above link. The Log-in link is also visible in the top menu of the website should you ever need it.
If you are a new customer and do not have a Log-in or you have lost your username and password details, please contact us at sales@msab.com
New customers please note that the process of generating your password is performed manually by staff who need to verify your identity. We aim to do this as soon as possible for you, but occasionally this process can take up to a couple of days. If your need is urgent please contact support@msab.com
