When contacting our Technical Support representatives by phone or e-mail, please have the following information available:

• Your operating system version and service packs.
• The XRY Logical or XRY Physical software version (Help/About menu in XRY Logical/XRY Physical ).
• Connection media (Cable, Infrared, Bluetooth)
• What type of phone model you are inquiring and a saved log file of that extraction.
• The exact wording of any error message from the XRY Logical or XRY Physical program or any other application producing the error message.
• If possible, be at your computer and have your XRY Logical or XRY Physical product installed & device available when contacting Technical Support.
