XRY Physical Software
XRY Physical from Micro Systemation provides mobile phone forensics specialists with a tool that enables them to perform highly sophisticated “physical” (hex dump) data investigations from confiscated phones and allows the recovery of deleted information.

XRY Physical lets forensics specialists push investigations further by performing a physical data acquisition – a process generating Hex-dumps from the phone memory and allowing the recovery of even more data from a handset than just doing a logical examination – with the potential to recover deleted information, XRY enables investigation of information contained in an examined mobile phone to be concluded quickly and efficiently. XRY Physical allows customers to go deeper by acquiring data from locked phones and deleted information that might be the key to finding relevant evidence.
Scripting
With our easy to use extraction wizard users can now write their own scripts to automate the decoding of data dumped using XRY Physical and use the XACT application to analyze the results of their scripts and check the validity of the information.
GPS Support
XRY Physical can dump and decode data GPS devices such as TomTom, Navman, Mio and Garmin. It can also decode TomTom Navigator data stored on memory cards.
Alternative methods are risky and time-consuming
Without XRY Physical, investigators have relied on non-forensics tools to dump and decode information manually, a process that can take a long time. These procedures are non forensic and so run a high risk of compromising the quality of the information and consequently their legal standing in a court of law. XRY Physical provides protection to the information our customers dump and decode.
Ease of use
Dumping and decoding is now possible to do in one single step and the result is shown in a XRY report. Other new features are the possibility to export geo tagged data to Google Earth and also the new Source Data View that will show the user the hex source of the information being viewed in XRY.

We support all types of Apple iPhone and Apple iPod touch devices running all versions of the iPhone OS.
XRY Physical is easy to use, has powerful search functions, uses the XRY file format and is able to Import/Export binary data files to other analyzing tools. Other features are:
