Just plug in a confiscated phone with the supplied cable*, select model in the report wizard and all technical settings will be made for you. Type in case number or other references you need in the report. I f you wish, include your logo and a tamper-proof mobile forensic report will be created within minutes.
* It is not required to use .XRY original cables as .XRY also supports Bluetooth and infrared.
The .XRY report is well structured very easy to use, you just click on a thumb picture to see it in full size. It is just as easy with a video or sound clip – or any other information. (Most common readers and plug-ins are included in the .XRY forensic software.) Take away sections that are irrelevant for the investigation and you have a sub-set ready to be sent to colleagues, attorneys and lawyers. Distribute the .XRY file together with the free .XRY reader for quick and easy sharing, it can also be encrypted and password protected if needed. Alternatively you can print a clean and concise report or export it to Word, Excel or other file formats.
Support
You have unlimited access to .XRY updates on Micro Systemation’s FTP server. Micro Systemations friendly support team provides professional and efficient help via phone, fax email and web. A manual is integrated in the software, that describes what functions and which phones the system support – i.e. details which information will be extracted for each cell phone model. “For us it’s crucial to have a skilled supplier that immediately deals with technical problems. In order to keep the data organized. .XRY is able to store all files related to a specific device inside one single file. .XRY is future proof – designed to support any type of file format. The system comes with a separate SIM/USIM reader that works with all type of smartcards and does not only read the “open” information; it can also recover some deleted information. .XRY also has a strong support for Symbian.
