We don't lock you into a fixed legacy processor solution, in order to get access to the data. You are free to invest in the latest hardware technology to make you as efficient as possible.

Standard XRY systems have the capability to provide multiple simultaneous extractions, so you can examine up to three different mobile devices all at the same time. With smart phones and tablet devices continually increasing in memory storage capacity, it is taking longer to perform examinations these days. 3. ONE BOX SOLUTION – you only need a computer
XRY is a software solution designed for standard Windows PC’s. It does not matter whether you want to examine a standard cell phone, a Chinese Chipset device, an iPhone or anything else for that matter – it is all done through the same XRY software solution running on a Windows machine. With XRY there is no need for carrying around lots of different black boxes and also the computer in order to support all the different devices you may encounter.
4. NO SINGLE POINT OF FAILURE – XRY is software, not hardware
We believe that a software based solution provides the best overall resilience for customers. Embedded solutions with bespoke hardware mean when something goes wrong it all stops. Whilst it's nice to have everything in one box - if it breaks you won’t be able to swap it out and immediately get working again. Whereas if you have software based solutions designed for a common platform like Windows, then if the PC breaks, you just install it on another machine. This means you can keep working and avoid any unnecessary downtime.
5. IMMEDIATE RESULTS - view the recovered data real time
There’s not a lot of point in being able to extract data if you can’t actually see the results straight away or are forced to look at a tiny screen. Our tools are designed to show users the results immediately on any screen wherever you are. There is no need for the secondary transfer of data from the extraction device onto yet another computer in order to see the recovered data. So when you need to make time critical decisions quickly, XRY has the advantage.
6. SMART ANALYTICS - now you can view multiple XRY files in one place
With the launch of XAMN our new analytical tool for viewing XRY files, you can see the bigger picture. XAMN allows you to import multiple XRY files and see all the connections between different devices. Link Analysis, Timelines, Geo-Mapping, Batch List Views and searching across multiple files is all now possible. We know most forensic examiners get lots of phones for even simple investigations so making sense of the connections quickly is essential to make you more efficient, let XAMN do the hard work for you.
7. A LIFETIME WARRANTY – outstanding support
All new equipment supplied by MSAB is covered by a standard 24 month warranty but in addition to that MSAB offer the best warranty and support program in the business. Provided you maintain your standard software license without interruption then MSAB undertakes to provide a warranty on all your Micro Systemation hardware indefinitely. As long as your license is valid the equipment is covered by our warranty.
8. OUR FOCUS – we only do mobile forensics so we’re not distracted
We only do mobile device forensics and we like it that way because it means 100% of our resources and attention go on making XRY the best possible forensic product. 9. OUR RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT – it’s all about real life testing
Every single mobile device is different and each one needs to be tested individually to provide the best forensic support. If you have not actually tested the device in reality then support claims are purely theoretical. MSAB have been doing this since 2003 and we retain an original of every single mobile device we offer support for. At our HQ in Stockholm we retain thousands of different mobile phones, tablets and GPS devices. This means that whenever you have a support issue, we can immediately access the same device from our secure vault and run comparison tests to provide you with the best possible support.
10. UNDER PROMISE, OVER DELIVER - we only talk about things we actually do
Unfortunately it has become common in our market sector for other companies to promise the world in terms of mobile device support. Trying to blind people with irrelevant facts and figures and worse promoting products that are not even available. This is something we don't want anything to do with, so here at MSAB we stick to our promises. If we say something then you can rely on us to deliver, because culturally we think that is important to be good to your word. We might not always be first to market, but we will deliver as promised.
