A sample of 186 customers provided us with their views this year for our customer satisfaction survey and the results are below:
We were really pleased to find that 98% of our customers rate XRY’s forensic capabilities as either ”Good” or ”Excellent”.
94% of our customers have either "a lot" or "complete" confidence in our ability to deliver improvements in XRY they require.
96% of our customers are "very likely" or "certain" to renew their XRY licence next year.
Over 90% of customers think MSAB is either "Good" or "Excellent" at understanding their needs in comparison with other vendors.
