Inside Sales Representative - Washington D.C. USA
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help grow market share in North America as well as contribute to the development of large clients by working directly with Key Account Managers nationally. This individual will be responsible for generating sales from major government and municipal investigative agencies, law enforcement as well as private forensic firms across the United States.
In this highly visible position, you will report directly to the head of sales and be responsible for managing inbound leads, giving sales presentations on Micro Systemation’s product portfolio, renewing user licenses, providing customer service and support as well as contacting new business. This position will also work closely with the global inside sales team to align activities for target markets, product development and to plan and attend trade shows/seminars.

IT Support Technician – Stockholm, Sweden
Are you looking to develop your IT skills? Then this could be the role for you.
Due to our continued growth we are currently recruiting an IT support technician to our team. As the IT support Technician you will be working within a team of 2 people. You will provide technical Support for users within the company. Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Maintain and provide daily IT technical support
• Test, install and upgrade software and hardware
• Server monitoring
• Back up monitoring and reporting
• Document and evaluate existing processes with a view to improving efficiency
• Be a part of the team in project development
To be considered for this position, you must have a Technical background, previous support experience and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Experience with one or more of the following is also essential:
• Windows server
• Active Directory (Win 2008)
• Hardware
• Sharepoint 2010
• Microsoft Exchange
As a person you must have excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach. You should be a team player but equally be happy working on your own. Having plenty of initiative will are be very important to become successful in this post. You should enjoy supporting people and have lots of patience.
