Technical Support Test Engineer
Working alongside over 50 colleagues from our head office in Stockhom, this role is for a specialist team of 9 people and you report to the Support Manager.
In this full time role you will work approximately 70% with testing and 30% support functions. To thrive and be successful you need to have a genuine interest in technology, especially for mobile phones.
Role's responsibilities:• Ensuring the quality of software in the field of digital forensics
• Testing developer software for accuracy and validating results for forensic accuracy
• Technical support both internally and externally with customers across multiple countries
• A genuine interest in technology, mainly for mobile devices
• A mandatory requirement is that you speak fluent Swedish and English
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills are essential
• You should be a service-oriented and like to help others
• A third language is desirable but not essential
• Experience in similar work is desirable

Customer Support (Technical)
Alexandria, VA (Washington D.C. Metro Area), USA
We are seeking a Customer Support specialist to support both technical and commercial needs of the business. In the position you will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving issues for customers as well as partnering with sales teams to close new business.
In this position, you will use your detailed knowledge of Micro Systemation’s specialized forensic and cellex technology to support existing customers in technical and maintenance questions. As a first point of contact, you will apply first class customer service to handle client requests, develop solutions and resolve problems in a professional manner. You are expected to be responsive to their needs and handle customer requests proactively. This position will also work closely with sales team to align activities for target markets, customer service, product development and to plan and attend trade shows/seminars.
Your challenge is to get up to speed quickly and become proficient in Micro Systemation’s XRY, XACT, and XAMN technology. Once your training is completed, you will be based out of their Alexandria, Virginia office to offer technical and project support to a rapidly growing customer base. You will also support R&D development by improving the number of CDMA cell phones compatible with their technology and testing products before they are shipped. You will be required to update and maintain various IT systems that are used to resolve issues and manage customer relationships
The right individual will have a technical background and 2+ year’s customer support experience in a hi-tech company. Previous experience with direct sales and mobile technology is a plus. You tackle work in a clear, efficient and logical way. If you are highly customer oriented and eager to learn then this is an exciting opportunity for you.
